They don't deserve a star. The manager was very rude. I tried to purchase 2 guns on lay-a-way. Now that the guns are paid off, they are just now doing the background check. I tried asking why they didn't have that already completed? After all I paid $25 to have the background check done. She tried telling me it was up to me to have the background check done. First off, I paid them to do it. Second, its up to the seller to have it done. She, Melissia was rude and would not let me speak. She has very poor people skills and needs to be replaced. I am currently looking into filing a complaint with Super Pawn.

Brought in a scope and tripod, after only looking at the scope, the employee dropped it and a manager came over. The guy started by telling me he "wasn't having a good day" and gave me his offer. When I mentioned that he didn’t even look at the tripod he became more upset and said "this isn’t onstar, you don’t call the shots" To which I laughed in confusion, got my stuff and told him to try and have a better day. I didn’t expect the red carpet treatment at a 4 star pawn shop but damn get it together bud

Excellent customer service! They act like they want to sell you stuff. I've purchased three firearms from them and have always been treated well unlike most if the gun stores in Carson. 5 stars all the way!

Best pawn shop in the Reno Lake Tahoe area the staff is nice and are very reasonable in my opinion

Seemed friendly at first but with brand new items I was told absolutely not on one of them. My other item they told me no because eventhough it's brand new I don't have a physical receipt. I have a digital one and thats not good enough. They said they don't have a printer to print it out. What kind of business doesn't have a printer or even accepts digital receipts? Can't buy online and take your items there I guess. Glad I waisted my time and gas

I have been a loan and jewelry customer for years. Ron and his capable team have without exception been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. It is hard to find a business that consistently exceeds your expectations, and lasts the test of time. They are the only pawn store in a lot of competition that I trust and enjoy the atmosphere and customer service .

Great people there very friendly got cool stuff and pretty good prices
