Parecía que me estaba timando, mintiendo y menospreciando.I came in yesterday I asked the price he asks how many karots I told him 14 he checked said it’s 18 then checked again like two times said it was confirmed on computer 18 but at the end it’s a "mix" he gave me price of 100 even. I told him the lady down few blocks offered me close to 200! He had the nerve to say maybe she doesn’t know it’s worth less when she has exactly Same system and did exactly same thing as him. I will never go here. Seemed he was cheating a liar and degradingComentario traducidoVer original

Me robaron mi joyería. This place is a scam, I’ve been dealing with them for years, now I put my jewelry in and all of a sudden my number in the system changes so I lose my jewelry. When I confront the man behind the window his reply is that it happens. So now I was there in May he read me the correct number after I lose my jewelry and all of a sudden he we are in July and my number changes again. They are thieves watch out especially if you have expensive jewelry. They stole my jewelry. So basically they say the system changes your number and it’s nothing you can do about it.Comentario traducidoVer original

He took advantage of me not checking what he did! He gave me $120 cash for a 14k yellow gold chain and didn’t give me anything to sign so he lied to me the chain is worth more than that and it’s nut 3 grams!!! He is a scam artist and I’m reporting him and coming back tomorrow with my husband who is not going to play with this guy screwing people!!!Comentario traducidoVer original

The women scammed me! She took my jewelry out of my sight when she tested the jewelry, didn't tell me the weight, then told me an extremely low price...I dnt recommend this place to anyone until they remove this women...if it wasn't kuz I needed to put food in my house I would of walked out but she took advantage of my situation... I am definitely not a happy person after thisComentario traducidoVer original

Definitivamente vengan aquí por el servicio.I don’t usually leave reviews but this young lady definitely was an angel on earth. I had some unexpected medical fees and had to pawn a few pieces that I was extremely hesitant on doing. I’ve never pawned before so I was nervous and asked ALOT of questions. Despite that the young lady was patient and extremely helpful. I can say she wanted to help rather than make a sale. I’ve heard many horror stories about pawnshops but the experience with the young lady here has made it a smooth ride. Definitely come here for the service.Comentario traducidoVer original
