Si pudiera darle 100 estrellas, ¡lo haría!!!Nancy is by far most one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered. Extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She tries her best to accommodate me at the greatest length. Not only is she helpful in my time of need, but she makes every visit feel like home. Not many pawn shops treat you like family. I will refer her forever, I will continue being a customer for as long as she is servicing me. If I can give her 100 stars I would!!!Comentario traducidoVer original

🙂The workers here are very nice, helpful, and give fair prices whether buying and/or selling. Two specific workers were like this the 5 straight days I’ve came here to sell stuff since I’m moving In A few days and don’t have the room for everything. But prices were the same for multiples of the same item and if I asked were a little more for another item, they would do it if they could. Awesome staff here and I would recommend everyone I know from family to friends to even strangers to come here and do business cause everywhere else they’re just greedy and this business here is legitimately fair to everyone. 🙂Comentario traducidoVer original

This is a great place to pawn your things. Michael is a wonderful man to deal with. I just purchased some beautiful jewelry from Jamela who was a pleasure to work with. I love this pawn shop and the people here are so much better then any other pawn shops in the area. I just bought some jewelry from Solanyi and she is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person who is honest and fair. She greets you with a smile and will try to get you something that you might be interested in.Comentario traducidoVer original

Ni idea de cómo llevar una casa de empeño y me iré a vender mis cosas a otro lado por más dinero. jajajatime wasters, owner is pretty rude and kept telling me to sell other places after undercutting me when i came in person. no idea how to run a pawn shop and i will go sell my stuff somewhere else for more money. lolComentario traducidoVer original

Quick visit, I feel like I got treated and paid fairly with knowing pretty little about selling old jewelry. All these cash for gold and pawn shops look VERY sketchy, and this place seemed much more dependable than the average shop.Comentario traducidoVer original

This place tried to rip me off. Took some jewelry in to sell and they didn’t even try giving me what the gold was worth. Had my jewelry appraised a few months ago, the guy didn’t even offer me a tenth of it. Be careful what you bring to this placeComentario traducidoVer original
