He was so happy when he opened it. He played it one time before it stopped working completely. Turns out the HDMI port was loose and barely holding a connection, meaning they sold me a system that was already broken or damaged. I didn’t know much about game systems at the time, and I trusted them when they said it worked fine. But after realizing something was wrong, I went back to them — and instead of helping or offering a solution, they basically told me "oh well, there’s nothing we can do." No refund, no exchange, not even an apology. Just zero accountability. So not only did I waste all my money, but my son didn’t get the gift he deserved. All he had for his birthday was a broken game system and a mom with a broken heart. I hope nobody else goes through this. If you’re thinking about buying electronics from here — don’t. They’ll sell you something faulty, take your money, and act like it’s your problem afterward.
