Traje a este hombre un iPad Pro nuevo alrededor del verano porque desesperadamente necesitaba el dinero. El iPad era nuevo... lo usé para la escuela. Fui a recoger mi iPad hoy 2/23/2024 y al abrirlo noté que mi iPad estaba mohoso. El hombre en la tienda intentó discutir conmigo que traje un iPad con moho y le pregunté si traje algo con moho aún así lo tomas? No tenía nada que decir. El servicio es horrible y espero que alguien venga y rompa todo el vidrio de tu tienda. Literalmente amaba ese lugar y lo recomendaba a todos. Nunca me rechazaron ni me estafaron, mis joyas siempre volvían igual. Quiero llevarles cosas otra vez, pero ahora da miedo con todos estos comentarios. Espero que no sea cierto, ustedes fueron una gran ayuda para nuestra comunidad. The lady worker that was in charge of the jewelry dept. acted like an old tyrant . She was extremely disrespectful as well very unprofessional . I was kindly asking her questions about the watch that cost almost $6000. I told her that I was asking these questions before I buy the watch because I wanted to know the facts about this watch.She responded very rude and asked me if I was going to buy it , yes or no because she had no time to waste. She stated that she was too busy. To her surprise , I was the only customer there at that moment. She was so called busy which was talking to her co-worker. This lady needs to attend several anger management sessions. She can't deal with customers. On the contrary, she chases customers away from this store. As I told her before she threw me out the store, if you want respect , you must give respect. She has very poor customer service skills. I didn't stooped to her level, extremely low. I really don't know if I will ever purchase anything from that store unless is from a manager there. If she is a manager there, I will kindly take my business elsewhere. Nunca más intentaré vender electrónicos en esta tienda, tengo una Nintendo Switch nueva edición azul y roja con Joy-Con que aumenta su valor, sin embargo solo me ofrecieron $60 por una consola de $300 que está nueva, automáticamente me respondieron diciendo que no pueden ofrecer más por el artículo cuando les dije que es nueva. Son unos ladrones, no sé cómo esta tienda sigue en negocio, si pudiera le daría cero estrellas.
