Don’t pawn here. They do not care about loyal customers, even after doing business with them for years. I was only 5 days late because of a winter snowstorm, and instead of showing any consideration, they charged me for the entire month, adding over $300. I simply asked to be charged for the 5 days I was late, which is reasonable, but they refused. This place clearly does not value customer loyalty or fairness, What made this worse was the employee who helped me. The boss was in the back and unavailable, and the employee refused to even ask them for consideration, acting like they were about to get a raise for not helping at all. They don’t pick up the phone visides that, they always try to close the earliest possible if you smart you know why they do that. They always open to pawn your jewelry but if you going to pick it up is another thing. In the website says 24 hours. They open 9am-5:00pm here’s the schedule so nobody do the same mistake I made driving 2 hours to pick up your stuff and at 5:57pm they close saying WE CLOSE AT 6:00pm now I have to make the 4 hour trip again.

Yeah it’s in a very dangerous area and they don’t let you take out what you pawned on Saturday nor Sunday’s don’t make no sense at all.
