I've done tons of business with them and I can't speak highly enough of these people and the shop.. If I could give this shop a 0 I would. I tried to sell my Nintendo Switch which was in mid condition and was turned down. I went to another pawn shop and got it taken care of. I went once again to sell my brand new espresso machine which retailed at 250$, I saw items such as kitchen aids, blenders, air fryers etc. they told me they would not take anything like that even though it was in the box never opened and definitely would sell for a profit from their shop. I went to Queen pawn in lake Worth afterwards and got over 80$+ so if anyone's looking for a better shop I would recommend these guys over them. They also have several locations! Anyways thanks again for your awful service, I will make sure to never stop by again.

I bought a phone from this shop on eBay. It was advertised as excellent condition and fully functional, but they sent me a phone that wasn't fully paid off. T-Mobile informed me that the prior owner had stopped making payments and the phone was not able to be activated. The shop refused my return request, so I essentially paid over $300 for a fancy paperweight. Avoid this shop at all costs.

I pawned here and less than a week I ended up in the hospital. They were not only helpful but very fair. My pawn would have lapsed but they allowed a payment over the phone that gave me 60 more days. Thank you so much G & C for being patient and EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Highly recommend and will continue my business here upon release from the hospital and much more.
