Un gran tienda de empeños! Nunca he visto una tan grande. Tienen todo tipo de cosas aquí. Desde bombas de gas hasta muebles y herramientas. La selección más grande que tienen es audio de automóvil. I went in to check out their guns and ammo selection. I was blown away by the selection. That is to say they had mostly very low quality guns at very high prices. The most egregious of which was a loose box of 45acp fmj rounds selling for $3.35 each!!! A box of 50 brand new in box would cost at most $30ish at any other store! That comes out to $167.50 before tax!!! These people are criminal for charging this much and should be avoided!

Store owner, maybe just a cashier is following me around the entire store while I’m there just browsing. I was trying to invest in getting a weedeater. Not only are their prices insane, the equipment they are selling is very used. I can buy a $200 brand new weedeater at Home Depot, why are they charging $190 for the same weedeater that clearly has been used for several years?! It’s an older white dude that I guess runs the store, he’s very passive aggressive. Mind you, I’m in my company vehicle wearing my uniform. Why would I risk my job to steal a weedeater. I was also looking at a few gifts for my grandmother. I’m not going to risk my job over that. He’s very weird and creepy about it to. Was behind me the entire time I’m in the store. If you cannot somewhat trust people or watch from a distance then maybe you should not be in charge of anything. I will come back here for the gift that I wanted to get for my grandmother but after that I will never be back and I’m just one customer that will not buy the entire store so I’m sure they could care less and that’s their problem. The store is well put together and looks nice on the inside but it’s not worth the creepy feeling of having someone watch you from 5 feet behind you while browsing. I can see why the store has such a low rating and I’m sure it will continue to decline

Have tried 3 times to pawn item. All have been item that it would be the time people are buying that item. But told they are not offering anything for the items. Do they not know what their main business is. To loan money on items and if they are not picked up then they sell the item to get the money they loaned back plus some. So it should not matter how many you have already. That's the business you are in. Took it right down the street and pawned it with no problems. Thinking their employees are lazy and rude. No wonder all the 1 stars.

Sold me a fake 5 g gold bar from a mint that does not exist. Showed them where they can purchase the exact same gold bar online from three different websites for $2.90 and the gentleman immediately got an attitude and assured me it was real. It came from his bosses collection. When I asked for them to show me a real one online, they could not do so, nor could they provide the assay card. Since they were not able to prove that it was real, I asked for my money back, which at first he refused because he thought I paid cash I told him that if he cannot give me a refund then let’s do an even trade for the value of the 5 g gold bar. He immediately refused so I told him that I paid with a credit card and would dispute the charge with my credit card company take my receipt and gold bar and file a civil suit if need be, but one way or another I was getting my money back. He said, let me go see how my manager wants to handle this then came back asked for my credit card and proceeded to give me my refund. I’ve passed by that pawn shop for 15 years and always said I was going to stop in one day and see what they had. That mistake almost cost me $337. I will never set foot in this crooked place again!!
