If I could rate lower I would My experience today was very bad. I walked in prepared to purchase a piece of jewelry and was treated like trash by the manager. Never have I ever been treated this way by anyone. I have worked in customer servicee for 25 years I am waiting for a member of upper .management to contact me about this experience. As of now I could not recommend anyone to shop in this particular store. I was left on hold for 20 minutes after I was given her managers name. I will not stop until someone mcontact me.

They had 3 of the same tvs 2 with the roku remotes but no stands for 79 and one with the stand but no remote for 99. This tv is pointless without a remote. I asked if i could just move the stand and still pay 99 they cant do that. Well i cant buy it. As we were leaving another person says they could help and she said she was not the other person. When we got back over there the guy had found a remote we wait it does not turn on the tv we wait for a battery change looky there it is not the remote to this roku. So i again ask the nee sales persom to mive the stand nope she cant do it. She immediately becomes rude making the comment that i can buy the exact tv at walmart for 119. She walks off in a huff not wanting to help us anymore after bringing us back in. Then yells across the store to the guy who was at least still trying that he can give up and we are testing her patience today. I guess because we wanted to get what we would be paying for. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The reason i am rating it now is because i was there 2 days ago and they were so rude i was angry when i left. This is twice in one week i left with a bad taste in my mouth over their staff.
