As someone who loves life, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this shop is an absolute waste of consumers' time and preys on low-income individuals. The old man with the white beard scrutinizes every customer who walks in, and he personally inspects every single item. The other five employees have to follow his instructions, wasting a lot of your time. They offer extremely low prices, but he clearly doesn't understand genuine luxury goods. He spends a lot of time pretending to be knowledgeable, but he can't distinguish between good and bad quality. Please avoid doing business with such a low-class establishment.

I know someday are better than others but they have always been nice too me, I'm a regular witch I'm not proud of but if u have a problem then most likely it the customer and not the employees, I'm under my mother's account doin this so they always treated me with respect and even if I was a day late or so all I had too us call and talk too them and they would do everything in there power to alow me too keep my stuff even if I'm past my last day of grace so thank u triangle pawn for ur respect

This is a nice pawn shop. The merchandise is well-organized, and the salespeople are friendly and helpful. I didn't borrow money, so I can't speak to that.

Don't waste your time! Went to turn in a designer bag. CALLED to confirm that they take them. Elderly man in the back inspected every corner and when he couldn't find anything damaged he disappears to the backroom. This man comes back with a huge CATALOG BINDER. Do you know he flipped from cover to cover while I stood there waiting. I told him my bag was registered. Just pull the serial number and call customer service. This geezer tells me that anyone can sew a serial tag inside... Sir! I don't have time to make counterfeit leather bags! I put it on FB marketplace and 8 ladies messaged me immediately. Then had the audacity to tell me that Louis is only going for $100 right now. 😆 Sir cut it out! These are boldface liars running a sham house.

I cannot say enough good about this business. They care about the safety of their customers and employees both. I just moved here and already feel very welcomed and like I have an extended family here. They care and they see your needs. I'm so grateful for how they've helped me.

It's been about a week now I bought Starrett indicator set. Thought it was a great deal so I left a few hours came back to to show the gentleman that the dial indicator was stuck closed and he got defensive and pretty much accused me of tampering and breaking It. He was so rude I've been doin business with them for over 15 yrs. Il never go back again .I'm contacting the owner and filing a complaint with the better business bureau .And writing a letter to the chambers of commerce .I wasn't even asking for my money back..
