The manager Leticia tried to come across as "a know it all" after they sold me a fake watch for $1000. then tried to deny it was fake. They tried everything in the power to avoid giving me a refund. In the end I prevailed. I’d steer clear from this store. UPDATE: on 3/13/25, A friend went into the pawnshop and saw the same fake watch still on display and for sale for 1000. It is a crime to knowingly sell fake merchandise as real. I will call their corporate office and file a police report for record. STEER clear of this location.
