I came in with several items and needed funds for personal reasons, and the team truly looked out for me. They explained that I didn’t need to pawn everything to get the amount I needed, which meant a lot to me. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. Huge thank you to the assistant manager for his knowledge and help, and to the store manager for training such an incredible team. The entire staff was amazing. The first time I went to purchase here a few years ago, I had a great experience and was very happy with my purchase. I recently went back to make another purchase and the sales person took 30 minutes to get to me entertaining someone that clearly wasn’t buying anything. He finally got to me and then was not knowledgeable about the camera equipment ( I believe he wanted it for himself). Telling me a certain lense don’t go with the camera I was looking at when it does. Needed the lense to ensure the features of the camera worked properly. Did not like the customer service at all and it was never like that before. I would go back if you get new salespeople who actually have customer service skills are employed or a manager is helping. Not worth the time I wasted leaving without what I came for.

They do bad business. I used to sell a lot of high end, AUTHENTIC items to this store. However, today I went in and was low balled in such a disgusting manner. The assistant manager is deceptive. Jerry’s, keep this in mind, you’re only in business based off of your inventory. When you low ball loyal sellers who provide QUALITY items, they will not return. Which means your stores inventory is cheapened. The assistant manager wasn’t even groomed well which lets me know he doesn’t have an eye for what actually sells. So to buyers and sellers choose another store. They don’t do good business since new management took over.

The staff is not interested in helping customers. They asked for proof of receipt on a pair of designer shoes that had been worn once with the original packaging. Once shown the proof of purchase and receipt, they offered about 5% of the purchase price. Don't waste your time on this place. Parking lot is a disaster as well.
