This place needs to be closed down immediately. I was in this pawn shop looking for my daughter a television today, and the older man with the white hair who would not give me his name was making VERY inappropriate comments to my daughter who is THIRTEEN!! Please be advised to everyone I would never set foot in this pawn shop, I watched this same man take money out of a young man’s pocket on his way out of the store as we were coming in. The young man had sold some items and I guess the older creep had changed his mind after they made the sale? This place is a joke and the public needs to be warned

I called the place and the person on the phone was absolutely the rudest person I have ever talked to. Bad representation of a business.

Had purchased an amplifier for $70, the clerk wouldn't accept the receipt And offered to buy it back for $20. All because I had owned it for 3 months. Very rude, don't recommend purchasing anything that you plan on not using for a lifetime.

Went to sell my 40 in tv really wanted 150 but i was willing to negotiating. I guess the salesman got mad because im not stupid i know he had to make a profit but he didnt have to get off on me. He looked up and saw the tv was worth 300.00 ok so can i get at least 100.00 he laughed and told me to get out his store rudely. I was shocked smh. So yea l was a little mad because they had smaller tvs that they selling for like 200 and up. My tv was bigger then the ones they had. Lol. But thanks to alans pawn i got more then 100.00. I will never go back to cash converters. They dont know how to treat their customers. Really didnt have to kick me and my family out the store. We wasnt even rude. Just asked for 100.00 for a 40 in. Tv. Worst then Italians.

Walked around and almost every tool I looked at was either same price or more expensive than Lowe's and Home Depot. Service was ok told me they would lower price on anything but it was still way way to much. I'd go to eBay or wait for sale at big box stores. Not telling you not to go but you could probably get a new tool for what you're going to spend here.

Sold me broken light fixtures then told me they just need new bulbs. I spent $50 on new bulbs and the lights still didn't work. They said they sold me broken lights and I need to buy new ballasts and replace them myself. They told me about the repair policy, it means you buy their broken crap and you have to replace it. ALAN'S PAWN or FINKELSTEIN'S or any other place. You will get screwed by these guys.
