Express Cash

My experience was ok. I think their customer service was decent but not amazing. Nice folks but definitely a little rough on the edges. Not a 5 star experience but a good 4. Don’t get me wrong, they were nice and upfront about what they could and couldn’t do and I get that people try to work the everyday. I guess what hung me up was that it seemed to me that some of their used tools cost more than a new comparable model. I sure hope they can work with people on price if they find it for less at a Lowe’s or Home Depot…. I think I might give this place another shot in the future as I think they’re professional and doing the best they can.

If you want the best service and product mix, this is a ("one stop shop")!!! Again, the staff is amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Moreover, their pricing on what I purchased was a great value. Thanks for the amazing service!!!

I love the quality and cleanliness of the store. There are a variety of products here to choose from. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly and always willing to help. I find this very comforting when visiting the establishment. I would recommend visiting the store and checking out all their different products.

My phone was stolen so I have to use my son's dad phone for a comment Express cash is the best they've always help me out I appreciate them like I said my phone was stolen my cash out of my account was stolen and as always they helped me out appreciate you guys and y'all have a great merry Christmas and Holiday!!!! I recommend them highly.

They were honestly rude I called before hand coming from bernalillo asking if they bought silver coins they responded yes then I got there they told me they won't buy silver coins if they did would offer 30-50% of actual worth then got argumental or offended because I told them not to tell people they buy silver then not being interested because I drove 45 minutes too be turned down though on other hand crown prescious metals was 1 minutes up the road and they give you 90% spot value so I'd not recommend going to this pawn shop instead go too crown 👑 lousy employees at Express pawn waste of time and argumental people smh

The guy behind the counter doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Tried to say $500 mrds was available for $75 on Amazon which it clearly wasn’t. They are rip off artists at this shop. Find another spot for your own good. This sight is the aluminum housed Romeo x and cannot be found for that price.

Guys who work here are super nice and quick about processing transactions. Gave me what I asked for, good experience all around. Will be back.
