I was told over the phone by Heather that I was approved for a loan. I drove almost an hour to the branch to be told that there was an "exception " in the computer system preventing me from being able to close the loan. I have no problem at all with the fact that I was not approved, it was the unprofessionalism in allowing me to drive almost an hour there, wasting my time and my gas, to be told that unfortunately her previous approval was incorrect. When I asked for a manager, she stated that "HE had already looked at it", when in fact the manager is a female. Make sure the information you are given is correct before driving to this business and wasting your time!

My partner and I took out a loan with these people and even has the "insurance" to cover medical situations etc yet when he had a medical situation that almost killed him, these peeople never bothered to try to help get the insurance assistance at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!

I have had a great experience with Lendmark. All the people that I have encountered has been great. Especially KeKe Alimon! She has went over and beyond to help with any problems that I have encountered and gave some very good advice 👌. I really appreciate it and all of their efforts. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Bryce was wonderful terrific customer service good etiquette knows how to multitask, although… he is new to the area and to the office in my opinion he should be promoted or at least recognize for his awesome work and dedication.

I tried to get a car loan yesterday. Submitted my application online the day before. MS Robbie told me personally she would get back to me by the end of the day. Never called. This morning she calls me and tells me I'm not approved but my income is suffient enough even though she said otherwise. I wish she would have called me back yesterday to let me know so that away I could go and fix up the car I have now versus her waisting my time thinking I was gonna be approved. She got my hopes up for nothing. Oh and I've finances a car through them before and made on time payments and payed my car off too. So the reason for no approval is beyond me🤷
