I was a customer here years ago and recently got a loan for credit building purposes. Unfortunately, I was nickeled and dimed by sharks who refused to exhibit the smallest amount of empowerment. I shorted my payment by the $2.95 they were charging me to pay my payment because of this, the next month I had been charged a $37 late fee and the location and corporate office refused to waive the fee as if they don’t already make enough out off the interest they charge. NEVER again. It’s important that representatives are empowered to me decisions that make sense for the company because over 2.95 they lost a "valued customer" and will receive this same negative review on every platform I can find. Clearly they don’t value their customers, only the money they make from them.

Very helpful really great group of women. Mrs. Queen helped me then she passed me off the the finisher aka the Boss Lady Mrs. Shawn. Over all great experience go see theses ladies they will.
