Been asking you for months to come and get my mother's car. So all the fool had to do was knock on the door and he would have received both sets of keys to the vehicle. However you waited until almost midnight as if you were repossessing the car. Payments were not made by choice because my mother has dementia and Alzheimer's. She can no longer drive I've told you this for months again. Now I will throw both sets of those keys in the trash You are awful place to do business with. In the future when someone tells you that they're relative has a illness that has prevented them from driving the car has no insurance the car does not have tags come get the damn car and please do it before midnight.

JJ was amazing! She did such a good job walking me through the process and making sure I knew everything I needed for a smooth loan process. I spoke with the location manager a couple times as well, James, and he was so nice! Everyone was so supportive.

I had a very bad experience. I was told congratulations I was approved than told that I need another car or co signer. Every time I had someone called they was automatically denied and wasn’t told why until I called to ask why. I really felt like I was more a bother than anything else. A good company works hard to help their clients or potential clients. Nothing was ever explained to me in detail, I did the calling or more like chasing. I hope no one else experience this type of bad service.
