I just want to say that the staff here are amazing. When i really needed a loan due to car issues and bills, they got me a great amount! They are very quick and wonderful to talk to. They had me in there for about 15 minutes because i did the loan application over the phone. All i did was bring a couple of things, signed some things. And boom there i was walking out with what i needed. They are really wonderful.

Dee and Frieda are always so nice. They treat me with respect every time I walk in to make a payment. One day I accidentally locked my keys in my truck. I called them to see if I could come get "their set" of my keys. While they were unable to do that Frieda drove my keys to me so that I could unlock my truck. She drove from Tulsa to Collinsville just to do so. This exemplifies awesome customer service!!

This is a good company to go to. The staff there is friendly, and willing to work with you. If you need a loan, they are quick to take your application and run it through and they will let you know in 20-30 minutes if you have been approved or not. They are also helpful and very informative on how their loan system works so if you have any questions or you aren't sure of how they work their system, they are able to inform you and that's very helpful!

The new management is really rude, during conversations they will cut you off, and talk to you in a belittling way. I understand that people have "off" days. Then again, when working in customer service they should at least "fake it", otherwise they will probably lose future buisness.

An amazing company, helped me out so much. Loved the manager and her assistant.. one kf the best companies i have ever used!!!
