I called to workout a payment plan as I was past due a little, the lady I got didn’t even want to take the call said if she can call me back as it seemed she was on lunch I heard her eating as she ended up taking the call, did not even want to work with me for reduced payment or plan or set up a payment plan I can work with, she demanded that I had to pay on a certain date and get it setup to help me I told her I don’t do that because I change between accounts when I get paid and have already fees due to ach trying and reversing it due to no funds and needed to pay my important living expenses first and she was like then how are we gonna help you, she was so rude I hung up, I didn’t get a name but now I have a lady messaging me by the name of Rachel who is slightly rude in her text and emails when before they weren’t like that so I’m assuming this is her regardless, one main calls and calls and bothers you when you’re a little behind but when you call they don’t even want to work with you so don’t even bother!! Worst customer service ever!

I would recommend one man to anybody who needs help. They’ve always helped me.

They are sloppy and will set you up for failure. The managers and employees don’t care. Judith is very unprofessional and rude and likes to leave people on hold for a half hour as she did this twice to me without helping me . One Main will make the simplest things like changing your due date a complete unnecessary headache. Lendmark is better and will work with you. They also have insurance on loans make sure you get the insurance (free game). No i don't work for lendmark, just tired of bad loan companies taking advantage of hard working people.

From my first phone call to the very end of my dealings with One Main, I was shown politeness, knowledge, friendliness and exceptional attention to detail. The manager, Sol, was eager and happy to be of service and to arrange an appointment for me to set up loan arrangements in their Tucson office. Being from Wisconsin, I was unfamiliar with their exact location in the mall and when I phoned them, they guided me directly to their office and met me at the door with smiling faces. Sol introduced me to a wonderful young man (Francisco) who then took me into a private office to explain all of the necessary details. I believe he was the nicest and "best of the best" in his job position. Nothing was too much for him to do for me and he made the loan process seem far more simple than most people would have ... plus he did it with a warm smile and friendly, yet professional manner. The loan process was quite easy and my loan officer Monica was fantastic! She guided me through everything, was very knowledgeable and very friendly . She made my experience with this loan so smooth!

Always a pleasure to work with the ladies there! they are so helpful and truly have a speedy process! Didn't even have to leave my house to get a loan and had my money within a few hours! Thank you, you guys truly make this process painless! God Bless you!

I have had loans with with them. They are really nice people when you walk through the door, while they are helping you they do their best to help you with your Financial needs. Michelle is the BEST!!!
