I had a great experience opening an account with Lendmark, it was quick, easy & the interest rate was a lot lower than competitors. They even gave me more for my title loan than what other lenders would approve. It has been about 1 year since being a client & they are very accommodating & understanding when it comes to life events & really creating solutions to help stay or get back on track. I’ve been out of work at times & Lendmark was there to understand & provide ways to keep me a member. Isabelle has been such a blessing to me & I couldn’t be more happier with Lendmark & I’ve been clients to manyyyyy lenders but Lendmark is literally at the top of the list. Highly recommend

Quick and painless. We wanted a small car loan where the monthly payments were at a specific number and that's exactly what we got. We even got the option of splitting our monthly payment into biweekly automatic payments that work with our pay dates. Staff was helpful and communicative.

I spent 3 years faithfully paying off my car loan on time every month with these people. Then one day it broke down and repairs cost more than I could afford so I thought hey I'd ask the people that I have been faithfully paying for 3 years but immediately they gave me the run around so after having to deal with Liz lying to me over and over and over again. I finally got sick of it and had to scream and yell to talk to the branch manager Todd who immediately lied to me too and starts explaining why they never even put in my loan application until finally he offers me less than half of what I need along with a near 33% increase to my monthly payments. So I beg anyone that's even thinking of taking a loan with them not to and with any hope they will go out of business and all those liars will have to find jobs in the real world

Carmen at the Midstar location in Tucson, AZ attempted two "money grabs" (unnecessary refinancing of loan) when all I wanted to do was remove the car insurance amount they arranged for as collateral (on a $500 car). Additionally, another terminated/relocated employee, Liz, at the Broadway location checked my credit with absolutely NO permission whatsoever, violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have referred numerous clients to Lendmark over five years with NO finder's fees as promised, which I don't care about. Proceed with caution dealing with Lendmark anywhere is my humble advice.

Do NOT use their services unless you're willing to get stuck in a high interest loan. You will constantly get calls about payment "reminders". Even when I had arranged extensions I still got calls. They harassed my family and my employer. I sold my vehicle and the person they were supposed to release the title to never got it. Its been months and we are still trying to get the title in his name.

I had a very quick loan with them, they were great throughout the process, funds were immediate and a few months later when I was able to satisfy the loan in full they closed it out and reported to credit bureaus, will recommend this branch to others, and I found the interest rate was a bit high, but not really compared to similar company in town on same type of loan I took with them, and having not great credit on top of that, I was very pleased when they offered the loan as others had denied me , the money they loaned saved a life and I will always appreciate that they took a chance with me, and helped my wife and I more than they know.
