Friendly, knowledgeable employees. The process can be tedious, especially if your vehicle title has an additional person listed. Pretty high APR, though manageable as they do not have any pre-payment penalties. Overall, good communication & straightforward, easy to understand policies. Would recommend.

Use them knowing that they will jack you on interest so pay the loan back as quickly as possible. Regardless of your credit, it’s super high. The biggest complaint , for which now I have to fight the credit bureau, is that without your permission, they will hit a hard pull on your credit whenever they want. I have two separate occasions where they hit my credit twice within a month.

7-22-26 - The manager eventually called us back and apologized for the lack of communication on behalf of Jonathon. We were able to work with Erica, who was wonderful in walking us through our documents and was ten times more attentive and kind then Jonathon. If you are planning on going through One Main, please work with Erica! She will take care of you and answer all your questions with patience and is very kind. Worked with their loan officer Jonathon, whom we made an appointment for 4:30 in the afternoon to close out our loan. He missed our appointment time while still meeting with other clients, and I had to call to see if he would be available. The woman who answered the phone was kind and understood my frustration, but unfortunately, no one was able to help us. As managers were in meetings, and Jonathon had locked down our loan account, no one else could handle our application. This type of experience was completely unprofessional and frustrating, as I had an appointment scheduled for 5 p.m. and needed to cancel in order to hear back from anyone. This type of experience tells me they care more about numbers than they do their customers!!

This is my first experience doing business with OneMain Financial and I have a good experience with them. They required a lot of information and collateral,but I received the money right away and I appreciate that. Thanks so much!

Do not go here they are so bad im sure they have never helped anyone its just bots doing these 5 star reviews they will denie you for something as simple as your bumber having a small crack in it despite it being worth 10000$ poor company go somewhere else. Id wish i could just shut them down they are quite literally pointless you basically got to already come from money or they wont help you at all so if you dont have a BRAND NEW car dont even try

The absolute worst company, everybody will lie, completely. To your face, they won’t be honest at all, but it’s all smiles sunshine and rainbows until you are in their books then you’re just a number and a document. Do not bring a car here no matter how much you need it. Do not do anything with this company they will hang you out to dry and come for the scraps. Lie after lie after lie. Got a loan for value over $7k on an 07 impala, my fault, red flags everywhere but I was desperate. Car broke down, couldn’t fix the issue of the car that wouldn’t be worth the value more than the car itself. Go into branch and voluntarily surrender the vehicle. Manager, Chad, says he’ll put in the paperwork. Months, LITERAL months go by, they won’t get the car. Finally call today, they won’t talk to me. Transfer me to corporate. Takes some kid stuttering on the phone to tell me "the value of the vehicle isn’t worth us getting it". First and foremost, I’m fully aware this is my fault for coming here and seeing red flags and ignoring them. Disabled veteran and limited income, desperation…sucks, I didn’t want to ask for help I had to do this myself. But this isn’t even…this is just cold. They overvalue the cars to trap people into paying then come after people with unlimited resources. You’re a number, not a person. It’s how businesses run, sure, but do not come here hoping for a quick fix…because that quick fix is going to hurt you in the long run.
