I have never experienced such great professionalism. Darci and Tillie!!! You rock!! If you want to experience Great customer service please go to the store at 801 Topeka Blvd, Topeka Kansas!! With the struggles of life and having to deal with borrowing money to make ends meet they NEVER look down on you ro make you feel like you are less. I Thank God for these two ladies!! They are the best!!

I have had an open line of credit with Lendnation for years and I have never, ever known people as gracious and amicable as Tillie and her crew. They run their business professionally and at the same time, they are phenomenal at dealing with people in an empathetic, compassionate manner. They treat every human being as an individual and do not stereotype. I wish Tillie and her staff gave other businesses lessons in how to work with people. Thank you Tillie, and all your staff for being so great to me.

Tillie is AMAZING!!!! She was super helpful and understanding! Office space was nice and toasty warm. The gentleman helped make us comfortable while filling out paperwork by bringing us a chair so we could sit down! I will definitely recommend them!

Went in to cash a payroll check from my employer, wasted over 20 minutes filling out forms, getting a picture taken and asked a barrage of questions. Only to find out that the manager refused to let the girl cash it because they basically thought I was committing some type of fraud because I didn’t have my pay stub. The teller girl was rude and incompetent. Asking why I didn’t try to cash the check the day I got it. Well maybe because people are busy and work different hours. I have no idea what business that is to a person anyway. They obviously saw that my employer is legit. They obviously saw that I am who I said I am. I gave them the references they needed and every other form of info imaginable. I ended up going down the street to Walmart and had no problem cashing it. I’ll be writing corporate an email over this matter this weekend.

Fast service. I just moved here from California and they cashed my check from California with no questions asked. Darci was very sweet and fast!
