Daisy has the most unprofessional attitude and is very condescending there is no consideration to the consumer and is known to hang up on customers. The manager is not any better they give you falsified information until you run an application. Why not let a potential consumer know ahead of time that they do not do secondary liens? Do not trust this office. I highly recommend you try a different one. They are very unprofessional speak over you and they give you reasons to be very direct loud and use profanity with unprofessionalism like this office. Anything to just run your credit that’s all they care about what application they have coming in. It’s never about the consumer.. Run!!!!

They are very very rude and disrespectful. I have had the loan for a year and half never missed a payment. Milton came and I lost everything so I have to start over. I explained this to them and told them I wanted to settle my debit and pay it off so I can try to restart over. They gave me the run around for a whole month. Then I told them I was going to send my son with the finally payment and I guess because I went to her boss about it she had me send my son 30 minutes to her to not tell him their lunch. He went back at 1:15 and now all of a sudden I need to be there. I guess they don't want to settle. I will call my bank and do stop payments. Never every every use this company.

OneMain was easy and professional to work with. Kristien was friendly and informative. Answered all of my questions. Was the right amount of personal and professional. Was easy to apply for and the money was in my account the same day. Would work with again and recommend.
