To who this may concern, I come into the branch at least twice a month. Just wanted to say that the very 1st time meeting Ms. Meka, she had a smile on her face the moment she called me to the window until I left. She was extremely kind very patient very knowledgeable answering all my questions. She never rushed me away because other clients were in the lobby. She was absolutely amazing and I wanted to let someone know. Have a great day 😊

I went to Amscot today, and let me tell you Ms Meka was very helpful and helping me with conducting my business. She was very patient and professional and very helpful in understanding the loan process.

Today I was served by Meka, and she was wonderful. She was kind, the speed of service was quick, and she paid close attention to my needs. Very pleasant experience overall!

Meka is Great always good costumer service

Worst customer service ever!! I walked in, didn’t see a person in sight even though the door chime let them know I had walked in then I had to walk all the way around the corner to find her and then she was incredibly rude!! Stay away from this Amscot!

Great experience, the staff here is amazing, fast, and kind. Highly recommend.
