Yesterday, I spoke to a person name Michelle over the phone, and she was the rudest person I've ever spoken to. She cut me short when I only had simple questions about applying for loan- she had no customer service skills whatsoever

Some lady i don't remember her name but start with a M . very impolite couldn't even talk she kept talking over me so my wife didn't want to move forward with applying

I applied online and even received a preapproval email, I called and the woman I spoke to was very rude. I tried explaining something to her and she cut me off and hung up on me. Very unprofessional, scary to think these are the type of people that handle sensitive information. I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to post this.

If you ever need a loan Atlas credit is your place. I highly recommend them very nice stuff never had any problems with them. They always welcome you in their place of employment with the best greeting come out there and let them know I send y'all out there. They even have raffles some times like today July 3rd I was one of the lucky person that got picked and won a gift card to Walmart amen God is good. I've never won anything but I really appreciate them for doing the raffle and giving us food or snacks

Thanks to Patricia I was able to get the medication my grandmother needed!!! She was very kind and understanding. If you are in need of a loan please don’t hesitate to ask for her. She’s quick, efficient and reliable.

I received a message from Atlas This past Saturday politely reminding me that my payment had come due, The person was professional polite and they also let me know what my options were, I called today Monday saying I’ll be in today or Wed at the latest. I talked to the same young lady. She was kind, non-combative and nice just like I remember most of the employees being, She was so cool I just went and payed it today. Very Professional Young Lady I appreciate Her. Thanks!!! I don’t know her name. Katherine always gives me Excellent Service also…. Kimberly was much better last time too. Although It was probably hard for her…. Anyway All’s Well at ATLAS…😁
