Republic Finance has been very helpful and cooperative. In the beginning it was a little difficult to get my auto draft withdrawals set up but it worked itself out and I've had no problems since. I will say that the auto draft is great because I don't have to worry about my payments being late. Everyone I've ever talked to there has always been very courteous and professional.Once every few months they may call to let me know I have funds available if I want to borrow again but they aren't ever pushy or rude. So far a good experience.

The automatic payment system doesn't work and I have to call to pay manually for the past 4 to 6 months. This week, I had a stroke and while in the ICU I spoke to the manager, Sabrina, about thisbautodraft problem..She couldn't handle me telling her about my situation and the added stress having to do this causes me each month. She hung up on me while I was trying to pay off the balance. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I regret using them! I spoke to the VP on Friday and he was no help, blaming their vendor for the problems with the auto draft and then the calls for the payment would t stop even after I told them I was at the hospital! Worst Customer Service Ever!! I'm reaching out to the BBB and filing a complaint. Don't offer a autodraft service if you CANNOT Provide it, Period!

Horrible. I will never take a loan with this place again, not only did their worker mess up on my account and provide wrong information on payment I had to pay for it too , they wouldn’t waive it. They tell me to pay this one day then two weeks later call and ask me for more $ when my payment isn’t due till February 1st. I have never had this type of issue with any loan place and I’ve done business with raunchy loan places and they even offered better customer service and are knowledgeable in what they do verses this place. Don’t offer AHD , I recommend to call and make the payments or even go online. They don’t know what they are doing

Took out a loan for 2500 paid off not even 6 months ago no problem apply for 1500 loan and I'm denied my credit score is higher than before who ever did my loan does not know what they are doing y'alls lost I did get loan from another company y'all should really hire people that know how to do their job Republic finance l have no proplem with the company.emplyess not on there game emliy for one paperwork meesed up paying my loan Evey 21 days of 30 don't know why.
