Si tienes un préstamo con esta agencia de Tower Loan en Richardson tienes que saber que ellos no te van a tratar como cliente, sino como un número. Son super irrespetuosos y no hacen cumplir nada de los que está en el contrato. Recuerda que cuándo tú pides un préstamo se incluyen muchas cosas que aseguran el dinero para ellos en caso de contingencias, como si te quedas sin trabajo o si pasas una situación difícil. En esta agencia se saltan todos los protocolos y te amenazan que te van a llevar a corte y bla bla. Cansado de sus amenazas y su irrespeto. Si quieres un buen trato, que te traten como persona y quieres hacer negocios con Tower Loan , prueba en la agencia de Garland , te traten como amabilidad, te explican con detalle cada cosa, no pierden el control y hablan español. Ninguna queja con ellos. Pero aquí en Richardson sobre todo si eres hispano, ni mirarlos!

I have been a customer for a long time, finally today I got really angry they called a reference when I was not picking up the phone as I was at work. You would imagine that after such a long relationship with this company , they will have some respect for their customers. But they three that relationship in trash- I will pay the what I owe but hell with them. The person who is bent calling is Bianca. Can’t wait for payments and bad people to do business with.

Was told I was on auto payments turns out I wasn't they called me all the time in the afternoons when they been told and made notes that they have to call me before 9am cuz I sleep in day and work nights. Plus never left any messages so I assumed that they where calling to see if i would like to refinance my loan so no messages needs no reply. I was called a lier when I have proof. Was told they came out to my house but one of my 16 cameras at my home would have picked up them on my property was called a lier on that. Was told I had signs up all around my house saying no trespassing. When the only sign at my home says delivery leave package at front door. Was called a lier. Was told they sent me lots of letters but how do you get your mail when your a truck driver but haven't been home in over 5 months. They had a email but never once used it. But the one day they called before 9am today I picked up the phone was called a lier on everything and even was hung up on and I called back and payed all 4 payments that they where supposed to be taking and never did. 1,300 worth. All the hassle could have been handled if they would have left a message or called when they where told to call. But no matter what you don't treat your customers that way at all and you for sure don't yell at your customers there a lier. When they tell you they can prove that nothing you have said was true.

Visited this location and was serviced by Kira and Johnniemarie, these lovely ladies were awesome and I will be returning for any future endeavors! Will definitely recommend.

I came here At 4:41 it says they close at 5:30. The lady inside just looked at me with no explanation or anything.

Friendly and helpful staff with a Convenient location. Smooth process!
