I was very happy with the Customer Service Representative who assisted me in getting my loan. She worked with me and we helped each other. More representatives should show more empathy when working with their customer. Overall, I would recommend clients to Regional Finance in the future.

I've been a customer of Regional Finance for years & I have always been a satisfied customer. Felicia helped me with my account this time around & she's amazing. She went above & beyond to get my loan closed in a timely manner & she kept me up to date with everything as the process went on. Very pleasant experience.

I called on a Monday, someone was supposed to call me back by end of day and no one called. I called them back that Friday morning and they put me on hold to figure out financing. Then let me know the amount and then I scheduled an appointment for pickup, paperwork wasn't ready. I sat there 45min before the paperwork was printed, then said it would be another 15min before signing and processing. Very frustrating and unorganized. The online process was faster.

I had an extremely pleasant experience. It was handled very quickly, and the loan officer explained my loan very thoroughly. Her name is Kim. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt this establishment deserved a five star rating after doing such a great service for me when I needed it.
