Don’t let them send checks out for you without a tracking number . I checked status and they gave me the run around . And don’t reply with a fake professional response because it’s not going to solve the issue . I’ve called to ask for corporate number , tracking numbers , and they can’t provide it to me . But quick to take the title of my car though right ? I have emailed as well and no response . I work in the field . And it is definitely possible to provide a tracking number .

This company is a disgrace. Don’t believe their fake reviews—these people are rude, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Their store manager gave me a verbal payoff offer of $3,500 to release my car title. I’m an Uber driver. My car became unsafe to drive due to airbag and catalytic converter issues. I missed two payments because I couldn’t work. Carvana offered me $2,100 for the trade-in and agreed to pay OneMain $3,500 directly for the title release. They would roll the remaining $1,400 into my new loan. When I called OneMain’s Aramingo office to confirm, they lost their minds—yelling at me like I was their child, putting me on hold for 20 minutes, refusing to cooperate. Then they pulled a bait-and-switch: suddenly the $3,500 payoff became $6,100 just because Carvana was involved. Let me be clear—this is predatory behavior. They are exploiting people who are already struggling. Now they act like carvana will pay them fake money or something like that. Otherwise what is difference between me and carvana as long as $3500 is paid to them. I tried to explain them 10000000000000000000000000000000 times that I do not have $3500. I’ve filed complaints with BBB and CFPB and with state general . If you’re considering OneMain, run the other way. They will lie to your face, change the terms, and bully you when you’re vulnerable. Associates were nice but process is way too slow and drawn out, especially since I have been a member, with a current account for 4 years now. It shouldn't take an hour for the process with a member.

Manager is very rude and disrespectful to potential clients, didn’t try to help me with better options just wanted me to pay almost double what a previous employee had previously told me would be my loan option . Doesn’t listen to her clients and thinks she knows what is affordable for me and what I should or should not afford to pay. The name she gave was Maria, who also transferred he to the wrong line when I told her I wanted to report her to someone above her . She continuously hung up when I tried to call back to have her redirect me to cooperate.

Process was great! Everything went smooth. Malia was awesome. She was very patient with me and took her time explaining everything to me.

SCAM!! BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY.. They tell you what they think u want to hear.. So Unless your willing to put your vehicle up for collateral they will NOT give you a loan it dont matter if its $50 they want your car.. and only after they run your credit they then say no they cant help you unless you give up your vehicle. Long as your willing to put up your vehicle i guess your good. If not avoid this company at all costs! #scam check other reviews they was just sued last year. For scamming!
