Applied online and received the generic "we'll contact you within 30 minutes" message. A few days went by so I called (and spoke to Jennifer) to see if they'd reviewed my application and was told I had been denied days before, but she was unable to tell me why over the phone or in writing. They should be contacting everyone to provide a status, not just those approved.
If I could give them 0 stars I would have. This company is ridiculous. They penalize customers from being able to increase their requested amount if you pay your previous loan off within the 30day timeframe. This is absolutely unprofessional and you can get better service with a different company. Don’t waste your time they completely low ball you even if you’ve paid off a loan with them before.
Melissa is so good at not only relating herself to the company but she is also very understanding of what u are actually going through in life. That makes me so proud to have an account with this company! She should be manager of the month and the year!
They really try to help.. Interest is a little high but they do everything they can to get you approved
