Kaycee is the type of staff you want to keep and hire more like her! Her store this afternoon was very busy, but she handled everything with patients and grace. One of her customers did not speak English and it was evident she had some mental health issues. Chantel was soooo sweet and helpful. I kinda dropped a few surprises on her with my transaction but she handled it so well and still maintained a friendly demeanor. I hope this company is treating her right before they lose such a great employee
