Strangest experience with this company. David M was the person we "worked with" and he continued to move the goal post. They ask for deposits, you give it to them, then you sign a contract then they ask for more and more and then don't even come through. It felt very much like they were just looking for all personal information. As an edit- I am not a bot just because my last name is a color lol that's the dumbest thing I ever heard, and probably pushes away customers with color last names- but go off .... I also appreciate the compliment but that is my real picture. I have it on my socials as well. So no I'm not a bot and yes my experience was still terrible. You should probably check with your employees before posting something that dumb

I dealt with Mark ( nice guy by the way). Shortly after filling out the application, I got approved or I got a message saying I was. Then I signed what they asked me to and sent them everything they asked for. ( sensitive documents) and then did not hear from them again. Tried calling numerous times with no return call. If I didn’t get approved then just say so. Never received funding. Some have great reviews others have had a similar experience. Very poor communication on their part.

Jonathan is top notch. Expedited service. Very knowledgeable. Transparent about what is a good or not. Highly recommend Shield Funding. Thank you
