My wife and I had a great experience with Block Financial. As first-time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions. Sean was always very accessible, and kept in near-daily contact with us to discuss rate fluctuations, news in the markets that could impact mortgages, etc. He also helped us navigate a lot of the confusing contractual and administrative stuff that comes with getting a mortgage. Sean is great. He answered all of my questions and moved things along very quickly. He was the most reliable part of the process of buying a co-op. Was transparent about fees and gave me the best rate by far! Highly recommend.
