I’m absolutely livid right now. 1.5 years into my loan I questioned why my balance is still only a couple hundred dollars less than what I signed up for. Come to find out, they somehow changed the terms after disclosure. The loan dollar amount changed by about $1500, the interest rate increased by 2%, and my loan term increased by a year. Zero knowledge of why or when this occurred. The loan I signed was fixed interest and I asked lots of questions in closing process to ensure I knew what I was signing. I will tell everyone I can that this is the local loan shark and not to sign up for their predatory loans!!!!

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible! When I walked into this location and asked for a status update on my application, the person who took my information yesterday, looked at me and said what’s up. I was told I would get a call back the day I did my application. He stated that he did call me, but I have zero record of the missed call and he said he was not allowed to leave a voicemail? This is completely unacceptable. He also did not mention at the time that the only refi loan available was a secured. I sat down with the branch manager, who basically said they were too busy yesterday and made excuses. I walked in to an empty office with three people sitting there, sipping coffee. I asked why someone could not have called me back this morning and was told we just opened at nine. If you have time to make coffee, you have time to call your customers back. This place does not seem to care about their customers or gaining more business. I would strongly recommend unless you are very desperate. Do not go to this location!!!!

The agent handling my loan application constantly kept trying to offer me other loans even though I voiced I was only Interested in what I initially applied for. She tried to talk me into taking the loan out on my vehicle even after I voiced I was not interested in doing so. I was also told I would need to show up in person to be approved of this loan, something I have never had to do with other loans I have been approved for. The last straw was after providing all of the documents I was asked to provide, I was asked to provide even more information that I did not feel was relevant to the application process. It's apparent the agent was doing everything in their power to try to get me to both sign my vehicle into a loan, and get me to take the offer with the highest interest rates. Extremely unprofessional and shady.

The folks at the local Grape Rd. office in Mishawaka are fabulous. They went way out of their way to help me, and I was able to get my new car in the nick of time. It's the folks at the higher management level that were making it very clear that they need more and better administration. I never spoke to anyone in higher management, but I didn't need to in order to discern chaos. The regional boss was at the local office and rearranged a conference call so I could get my loan finalized. Amazing service here.

Do not get their add on of the home and auto insurance. The "free" benefit we signed up and paid for was NOT free. And then when you call to cancel, they are pushy as hell and keep you on the phone forever just to end up giving you a completely different number you have to call to cancel.

I called to speak to Kelly. I ended up talking to the manager that didn’t know what she was talking about. She wanted to use a vehicle I know I had no equity on. However I knew my credit score has jumped significantly and yet she still tried to use a vehicle even though the last two times I’ve went with them on their consolidation loan a vehicle equity was not required she refused to put Kelly on the phone made things difficult for me. Do not go with these people for a loan whatsoever. They are very unorganized and have no communication skills with anybody specially their so-called customers. And they lie. They put u in debt. And then when they tell you you can refinance for a lower interest-rate as you’re bettering your credit then they turn you down should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people like that.

This location is Great. However!.... I started working with the other location that recently closed down. Before they closed and we had our 'polar vortex' I did am application with them. They told me I HAD to come in to the office to sign papers. With weather and family issues I was not able to come in for a week. Well that location closed. I went to the grape road location and she tried to get my loan closed but after 20 mins she said that she needed to transfer my account and I can sign all the documents on the website. . Really... I could have done this closing than weeks ago. She apologized. Got the loan closed on the website. Grape road was great.. just all the locations have no clarity on what they can offer.
