Shelby Finance Company

I’ve had my account with Shelby Finance almost 2 yrs now. I’ve never had an issue until recently. While making my usual payment by phone, I asked for my remaining balance. The new rep told me an amount higher than what is on my contract. She said I borrowed more than what my contract says. I know for a fact I have not received more than what I’m eligible for. I’m livid. I highly suggest asking additional questions before taking money from them. Their business is not the same. Once my account is paid off, I will be closing my account immediately after.

The customer service at Shelby Finance is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm. The ladies here are very professional and welcoming. I love the way they great you with a smile and by name. Many companies see you as just another customer but here you feel like a valued customer who counts. If you haven't tried them I'll say you're missing out.
