I’m very pleased with the services provided by McAllen Finance. Deisy was incredibly kind and highly professional. I truly felt well attended to.

It felt I was being interrogated and solely because they didn’t understand how the company pays their employees, they wanted to make assumptions. If you agreed to provide me a loan and tell me to come in and pick it up, then that should be it. The male and female individuals giving me attitude thinking it was okay to act that way since I applied for a loan is uncalled for. Glad I decided to walk out & like I told the male individual "You want to give me attitude, I’ll give you attitude right back."

Real easy process to cash the check I had received by mail and they were always so helpful every time I’d call. Thank you, will definitely go again!

The people here are really cool. I had flyer for pre-approval of $400 and I was given the $400. I appreciate them helping me bc I was able to pay off my van loan thru Title Max. I kept mine word and they kept there's. Thanks McAllen Finance personalle. I look forward to keep doing business with you for now on. I am looking forward to keein you out of another loan company. I'm going to pay off the other loans I have and keep 2 loan companies and your one I'm keeping. Thanks again.

These individuals DO NOT follow FDCPA POLICIES! They don't collect they harras!!! I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau! Someone needs to educate them the right way to collect! Shaking my damn head...if I were you I'd take my business elsewhere.

I don't know what's up with all these 1 star reviews, pay on time and you will have no problem, they have been great to me and when I asked for an increase they did not hesitate to oblige my request.

Worst place to get a loan. They're illiterate and still call you to make your payment after they've been told you'll be making it 3 days late. You can't even understand what they say when they leave you voicemails and they don't even report to the credit bureau. These people don't know what respect it, they look and act uneducated. I regret opening an account with them to try to build credit.
