Horrible service my daughter went for a estimate the Spanish lady working there didn’t tell her how much it was, the only thing she said was it all ready went through you have to pay. That girl doesn’t know how to do her job or she take advantage because my daughter is young and doesn’t speak Spanish much.

Horrible service ...They forgot to add my lien holder information now trying to make me pay an early payment to add lien holder... then they want to charge you $50 to remove a vehicle off the policy...Stay away from this Marietta office they are freaking horrible...You have been warned folks..Am CANCELING them today and Unique Insurance they are the Worst

Fast, accurate service. I especially LOVE Paula Francisco, she ROCKS and she knows her stuff!!! I always have a pleasant experience here!!

Easy process, but not really friendly. Maybe they should be re-advised on what customer service is. They advertise the hours of operation 9am-8pm, however, I have went multiple time to the location past 9am and the location was closed.
