Hello, Today my mother who has been a customer for more than 8 years called to inquire about her account that was recently paid off. Unfortunately the person who was helping, hung up on her. She is elderly and hard at hearing. I will seek further contact to speak to someone from the branch who can assist my mother in a professional manner. Not professional business practice in my opinion.

Adrianna and Abe were so helpful and explained the loan details and helped me find a payback plan that worked out for my situation withe interest and the loan amount I needed. Very caring, professional and knowledgeable regarding the whole loan process thank you so much.

These people make you jump through all these hoops give you false hope just to either give you a loan with outrageous rates or not even give you the loan at all. It’s truly not worth getting a loan with them at all
