This place is Fraud . The manager received my application they called me say I am approved. I just need to send additional income proof which I did and after couple days she called me back that my application it’s rejected. It’s clearly the way to steal your information and they making money to sell your private information rather than give you the loan I invite you to stay away from this place.

I have had loans with One Main for several years. I wanted to consolidate my loans at a lower APR. The process took several days as I had questions and was busy. During this time Billy at the Glendale CA branch would pick up or return my call same day. After closing the loan, I had a question about my first payment amount. I called 3 times in a week, always well before the branch closed. No one picked up, always a voice mail. I went on line and found their 800 main number. That person was indeed able to answer my questions and my first payment was larger than I thought it would be. In fairness, it was probably in the document I signed but I specifically asked what my first payment would be to Billy and it was not that amount. Bottom line, they're happy to help you to make money but the follow up was horrible.

I applied and took out a loan from them last year and used my vehicle as collateral. I have direct payments debit my account and have been on time for a long while . I recently halted my auto pay because my family and I had were sick with COVID and It put me behind financially. By the 18 day mark I’m back at work and awaiting my first paycheck to get back to my loan payments. I answered a call and a rude condescending lady name ROXY is requesting payment. I let her know I was at work and I didn’t have time to talk but that I would make a payment by this weekend . Working as a customer service you’d assume she would have the skills to be understanding and empathize with people but that’s not the case. She very rudely said I needed to get it taken care of and needed a payment plan right at that time . I once again informed I didn’t have time to talk that I would call later and she declined stating it had to be done now. I had to ultimately click because she was behind extremely rude and demanding, borderline harassing by that point . I have filed a complaint with one main financial corporate and one with better business bureau as well. Customers deserve better customer service that her wannabe entitlement !

I currently have an account with this branch and I’ve always paid my payments on time... I called for some questions and spoke with Billy and Maria... Let me just say that these two employees were very unprofessional and rude, continued to lie to me and gave me the run around... I asked to speak with Gregory who is the branch manager and they didn’t know who he was. How can you work somewhere everyday and not know who your boss is? I’m very disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend going here... I’m in the process of filing a complaint and I’ll be transferring.

Y’all, I was in an extremely tough situation with my truck & I really needed the money and I honestly didn’t think that I would get approved and nobody was helping me out, and even though this is their job, Billy came through for me especially with how genuine and sincere he was being with everything. Explained everything so I could really understand and learn for the next time. Highly recommend, thanks again Billy!

I have worked with Billy & John over the last few years. They have always been helpful & understanding, through all times. I broke my foot last year & they worked with me on my payments while waiting for disability. Now this year with COVID 19 they worked with me while waiting for unemployment. Always helpful and understanding. Thanks guys
