First and foremost not knowing what to expect coming into office I was instantly made comfortable by a welcoming and caring voice. Ms Maria sat me down and thoroughly explained my options making sure I had a full understanding of those said options. After discussing and making my choice of a title loan Ms Maria made the entire process smooth fast and simple. I truly thank God for her and her patience with me. I felt heard and understood the entire time and I know moving forward I have built an everlasting business relationship with this company. I truly feel she deserves a raise!!

I was the victim of identity theft recently and someone applied for a loan, in my name and using ALL of my personal information. I received a call from a Maria who told me that the information was given to them by MaxCash and I have to call them. I explained that I did not contract with any of them and MaxCash is their 3rd party partner. She became extremely rude, spoke over me and raised her voice to me. I then spoke to the Rick the branch manager. His attitude was the same. He hung up on me and my husband who was on the line listening. Additionally, the call was recorded, in its entirety. Listen below and enjoy the videos! Additionally, I spoke to MaxCash and they are removing the request so the person who did this gets nothing. They are also listening to my call and filing an internal complaint.
