Me han llamado por meses. Me envian mil sobres por correo. Me llaman a todas horas. Le llame para pedirles de favor borren mi informacion y no sigan llamando enviando informacion y me tiene super saturado. La ultima vez que llame para suplicar que no insistan me colgaron dos veces. Siempre fui muy amable. NO MOLESTEN POR FAVOR.

I received a letter in the mail from this company ladder loans. This company like a lot of companies work with several banks/lenders to help you qualify for a loan or debt consolidation or restructuring. I spoke with a agent named Marcos D he was very knowledgeable and professional but I noticed like a lot of competition in this field they can't seem to leave well enough alone ! I really wanted to leave a 5 star rating because our conversation was intriguing but Unlike another company similar to this one where I gave 5 stars because the female agent did not push on with those debt consolidation or restructuring programs. He couldn't help himself and it went from bad to worst.all I'm saying is these programs can help but if anyone tells you they are concerned about your finances but won't give you money ? Think about it !2/4/26 update: I received a call from ladder loans today attempting to put me on with another agent? Why ? . My experience with the last agent was bad and they never apologized for that ! 2/12/26 update: I was contacted again by email from ladder loans. The senior financial consultant named Michael M. Asked to do a soft pull on my credit report . I responded by email and told him I was not interested in a debt relief program but was only interested in a actual loan. I never heard back from him.
