They took my car loan which was great I appreciated it. But when making my first payment I got nothing but sass. The system they use would not take none of my cards. Chime nor Venmo. Have not figured that part out yet. So taking in cash is best unless their system is just bad that day. And was accused of not wanting to pay my bill. I had the funds I believe it was their system but who knows. Do I trust them no! Very confrontational. Now I’m stuck for the next 5 years with people who are just gonna be a hassle and I hate that. I got cash to pay them. Can’t even use their so called web site to pay

The ladies at Service are the nicest and most understanding people there is. These low scores are probably due to the customers own doings. See Dawn for all your loan needs. She will go above and beyond!

Worst place to get a loan. They are not nice and very confrontational ! They WILL not work with you. I would give 0 stars if I could. Go elsewhere!!

Rude. Threatening. Can’t keep a story straight. Tried to tell my fiancée she’s behind on payments for two months now when I have the bank statements to prove that’s not true. So they are also cons. Kathy, the supervisors at Johnson City location has no customer service skills and should probably be working in a different field. Got the loan for a brand new couch we financed and I will make sure we NEVER go through them again for any needs. Go to Cash Express if you need a flex loan of any sort. WAY more professional, customer oriented and honest. Avoid the disrespect and headache at all costs from Superior Financial!!!!!

Geneva is the only person in the office that will speak to you with any type of kindness. I recommend going through her
