Loan-N-Go

Well I was at the pizza shop across the street from Loan and Go when I realized I'd ordered my food oblivious to the fact that I had no money or even a job. I stumbled over to try and get a Loan for my slice of pizza that I'd ordered. I walked in and the lady behind the glass asked me if I needed any help. I didn't tell her I hadn't eaten for two days or what I wanted. It was as if she knew I was desperate and in need of some sort of protein. She handed me seven dollars and nineteen cents. The exact amount the slice cost!!!!! I thanked her and stumbled back for my slice. As I sat on the curb next to my shopping cart savoring my dinner, I pondered of someday finding work so I can repay that nice lady. There really are angels in this world! What great company and and a professional lady that works there.

I drove there and they closed early due to illness. Normally I wouldn't care but I drove from the northland just for that reason. they closed their store up north so I had to drive there.

I got a loan with this company and they basically have been harassing me! I went to hospital from Friday which is the day my payment was due until Sunday! I received 6+ calls between those times! Ridiculous! Monday I had to work from 7am-330pm! Whoever works at the Indepence office named Chris disrespected my mother! They left me a voicemail stating I NEEDED to call them as if something more would happen! At this point I will not be paying them back because of the disrespect I received and because of the way they talk to their customers! I'd be wrong if I slid up there and got with them because of the way they talk to their customers! I even told them I'd be in Thursday to make a payment & they still continued to call the previous days before! Do not loan with them!

Payday loans are a good thing in the short term, but not as a long term answer to problems. My wife and I have done business at this Loan N Go for a few years and the main reason we use this particular location is because of Chris and the absolutely wonder customer service she gives. Chris is sweet, friendly and truly makes an effort to get to know her customers. I would highly recommend this location.

This place is completely unprofessional...The lady at the independence missouri location Chris ran my card without my authorization...a card that isn't tide to this account AT ALL...She has basically stolen money...and I will be contacting the authorities...we both agreed I would come in at 6pm...at 5:55pm I get a text from my bank saying she snatched the money out of that account...She played dumb and asked why do we have the card on file then? And I clearly said because sometimes I use it to pay when my account connected to you guys is negative...but I never authorized you to use it automatically...that's like me using someone elses card to pay that account...and then you guys continuously use it on your own. The lady was rude...loud and obnoxious...and felt the need to let me know she had been gone 3 whole months...not sure what any of what she did to my account today had anything to do with her being gone for three months. This lady took money without my authorization

Great place to help you out when you are in a bind. Chris was great help, always so polite. I feel like they only get bad reviews from people who had no intentions on pay the loan back. 10/10 would go back if I need help again.

Just another crappy loan place that gives you a bunch of hoops to jump through and then when you jump through all of them and they end up screwing you in the end
