I had a great experience with everyone I came into contact with. Not only was my business loan finishing smooth, but at the end, I also felt like I had a team of people and resources to help me succeed. I never once felt like this was a traditional bank loan where the numbers only mattered. The RCLF team is my team! They also offered tons of resources to help me succeed and a number of different people who work within the office to help and guide me as needed. The end resulted in a feeling of them wanting me to succeed just as much as I do because if I succeed, then they succeeded, we succeeded, and the fact of not just feeling like a number on a loan of the day and having a team made the real difference. Being a 1st time homebuyer it was kind of scary at 1st, but when RCLF stepped in with the OUTSTANDING services they had to offer the process got better for me. Do not waste your valuable time here! The loan officers are very incompetent. Brandon Paige wasted two weeks of my valuable time and money! After telling him multiple times I had more collateral, he encouraged me to not put the extra collateral on there and what do you know I get the call FINALLY that they denied my loan due to NOT ENOUGH COLLATERAL! I could’nt even believe the incompetence! Does he even know what he is doing behind that computer or what it takes to make a loan happen? This entire place is a joke and at this point I am so glad that I won’t be doing business with them. Im sure Ill business practices is the only reason they are still here. Stealing from our community and business owners, desperate people. If I could rate them below a 1 star I would and as a business owner, I hate that companies like these even exist in the county I do business in. Harrison county would be a better place without the existence of this company and I’ll be an advocate to make sure any other of my business owner constituents know to avoid this establishment completely!
