Overall I was ready to give up on trying to get a loan. The people that I had spoken with was just rude, didn't know what was going on or didn't know everything I need to bring with me. Then Dana got on the phone and she was absolutely pleasant and amazing! I would give more stars bit it was like pulling teeth to get someone competent on the phone. If you call here ask for Dana! She's amazing, patient and very informative.

The staff is nonchalant, unprofessional, very rude and not trained properly!!! Eddie I think that was his name is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL employee that I’ve spoken with at this location . Do yourself a favor and RUN FROM THIS BRANCH!!! Not even if it’s your LAST RESORT! You’re welcome! First he said the don’t work with Wells Fargo and my SS don’t match my bank.. which is not true.. don’t waste ur time at this place.. go somewhere else

Awesome dealing with the folks over here in Garner. They didn't over pressure me to purchase extras just gave me what I needed for my situation. I walked in and in 20 minutes walked out with a painless 10k loan. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.
