I went in to try to get a personal loan. I mentioned I did not own a car since the beginning and the worker said I was not eligible for a loan unless I had a car under my name, but as I said to her I do not own any car under my name, I was told I did not qualify for a personal loan. I was referred by a friend that has never owned a car before to this day, yet he has gotten loans from here and not to long ago of a larger loan amount. Which I found very odd that I, who also doesn’t own a car would’ve thought I could get a personal loan from them but I guess not due to not owning a car. That makes no sense whatsoever. Did not get any other reasoning to why either.

My first visit at Oportun went much better than expected. Daisy A. Helped me through the whole process, explained everything and made everything easy & quick. She is so sweet. Definitely coming back & Requesting to see her only. If you need help , ask for her! English or Spanish she can help!! Thank you Daisy!!
