I was about to visit the Edinburg office. Given the vast negative review and employees conduct, I have decided not to do business. To be honest, I am a retired state employee with customer service skills. We have been taught keys words and provide sympathy and help as mush as possible. If this office represents all of OneMain then they don't deserve my business. I will check other business or open an account with a credit union

Very dissatisfied with this branch. First they got my payment schedule wrong after I reviewed it with them SEVERAL times which caused me to overdraft. Then I brought them all the documentation they wanted so that I could be reimbursed. And THREE weeks later and multiple phone calls, all of which I’m told "it’s been sent to corporate office and they’re working on it" and that someone will be calling me back, which no one has…now I’m being told the paperwork I took them doesn’t show the fees,WHICH IT DOES! They clearly do not care and have horrible customer service. Never doing business with them again.

Juliana Rodriguez was the personal loan specialist that assisted me. She handled everything over the phone & via email. By the time I went into the office, my loan documents were ready to sign. I was very impressed by how quick & easy the entire process was.

The experience was a breeze and much easier than I anticipated. They really came thru in the clutch for me and I definitely recommend having ONE MAIN FINANCIAL in your corner of life throws you a curve ball. Everyone's situation may be different but they definitely came thru for me.

One star review, simply cause I sent them a referral and after inquiring three different times over a period of several months, have still yet to receive what they love to market as $100 for referring a family member or friend. 10/10 would not trust.

I’m very disappointed with the service and professionalism. Our information was not checked correctly and when we got to the office to pick up our documents the employee met my husband outside the business office and handed our paperwork. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Where was the manager Mr Mario to stop his employee from finishing the business with us outside the building? They could of taken us to an office and handed our paper work. Very unprofessional.

Think twice before you apply for a loan with these company and IN PARTICULAR THIS LOCATION IN EDINBURG, TX. Staff is really rude. I called in to provide my payoff since I need the title of my car back with me and request the title to be sent to any of their San Antonio branches since I live here now and the Raul (the rep) tells me in a very rude way: " well you need to provide us with the phone number of the one main location in San Antonio" and I said " well don’t you have a phone number from your same company "? I said: ok I’m going to try and Google it and do your job" so Raul got upset and said: " it’s your job too to do this". I was jaw dropped when I heard that. I was expecting more an answer like:" let me look for our phone number from one of our sister locations". Or something like it but NO, it was a totally different answer Rude, unprofessional, careless, confrontational and deceiving it’s what I call their service. If there is a negative star I would give them a -10 I’m glad I don’t have to make business with them anymore.
