Terrible experience. I went to pay off the remainder of my loan. I was havjng a conversation with someone via email. The guy i talked to asked me to confirm the last 4 on the account. Where i replied with the last 4 and then also said hey make sure to include the pending balance that has already been paid which was about 3k. He proceeded to charge my acxount on a friday the full 8k which should have only been 5k befor he even confirmed my account. Regardless he should have seen the pending balance on my account and charged 5k instead of 8k. Now my account has been overdrafted for over a week. I still havent gotten my money back and now im accruing several overdraft fees. This company sucks.

Wow, what an outstanding organization! This was my first time exploring something as big as getting a loan for my business, and honestly, the idea felt intimidating at first. My experience with CEF has been very positive. Andrea and Sarah were always available to answer my questions. Once the loan was approved and closed, the funds were transferred to my account within 2 days. What I also like is that after the loan, they provide follow-up with free consultancy and don't leave you alone in this business venture. Andy was my business navigator and his help and intake was extremely helpful while building my business plan! recommend them 100%.

wasted 3 weeks of my life attempting to get a business loan from here. absolutely terrible communication, they email you 3-6 days later the will respond, not friendly at all. They ask some something, you fill it out they ask for something else you do it, they ask for something else they continuously send you on a goose hunt for a never ending list of items and paperwork. you fill out what they ask then they will ask you for something completely unrelated to anything. andy has no idea what he is talking about he either has just a copy and paste of things or uses chat gpt for his emails. half the questions he asked me left me with more questions than helping me. Some of the worst customer service ever wish i could give this place less than 1 star

What a fantastic group, helped us get financing that is allowing our husband & wife business to have a real chance at success! It took a while to get all the right stuff together and then closing was lightning fast! Highly recommend CEF!

I am still amazed! CEF helped me secure funding for my new business in April. During the loan process, the staff was helpful and very efficient.
