Las señoras aquí arriba comen genial. Nunca he tenido ningún problema con ellas. Cuando las necesito, son rápidas en ayudar. Ha habido una vez en que mi pago estaba atrasado, y si mantienes contacto con ellas, trabajan contigo hasta que recuperas el ritmo. Excelente servicio, sigan adelante con el buen trabajo señoras!!The ladies up here ate great!! Never have had any issues with them. When I need them they are quick to help. There's been a time we're my payment was behind ,and if you keep base with them they work with you till you catch back up. Awsome service keep up the good work ladies!!

Everyone I have dealt with here has been very professional. They are polite and friendly, and they did not withhold any details or information necessary to successfully repay the loan. They did not hassle me with repeated phone calls when I knew I was going to be a couple days late on one of my payments because I did what they asked and I called them ahead of time. Another great aspect was the fact that they report to the credit agencies. So by using their service, I noticed an increase in my credit score when the loan was originated since it was a new account and when I paid it off because it was then an on time account. I will definitely use their services again.
Maggi and the other lady I spoke with were just not professional at all. And it wasn’t due to a loan status because we didn’t get that far. Me and Maggie had a small disagreement and after saying okay I will get the number she continued to debate me. Aren’t you a CSR? What type of customer service skills are Action Finance teaching? This is ridiculous! When is it okay to argue with a customer? When you first speak to a customer you say, "Hi, my name is..", not "okay what was the phone number?" Is Action Finance teaching their employees how to service customers? Does Action Finance not tell their employees how to use professional language with the customer. Did Action Finance explain that you should never tell a customer they need to call us back if we’re at work? What type of company is this? Are Action Finance employees not allowed to give last initial or ID to identify? I discontinued completing the application because of the two ladies today about 15-20 minutes ago.
La experiencia fue realmente rápida y profesional con Maggie y la otra señora que me ayudó. El Gerente Regional me llamó para saludarme en Action Finance al día siguiente lo cual pensé que era muy amable.Experience was really fast and professional with Maggie and the other lady thst helped me. The Regional Manager called to welcome me to Action Finance the next day which I thought was very nice!
