Horrible horrible horrible. They will say your pre-selected, you sign up, get an email saying you’re accepted and your account is active, you’ll be on the page to request a cash advance- THEN you get an email saying you have to upload documents for approval…. Ok. I sign back in and it has me at the beginning again. So I email them asking what’s going on. I get a generic response saying I need to send the documents. Ok. Sent was requested. Then get an email saying it couldn’t be accepted because it was illegible or incomplete. I send the photo of my ID again thinking it was blurry. I get the same email but worded differently… I know I sent the proper pdf and my ID was very legible. So I respond saying so. Then just a couple minutes after I get an email saying they declined me…. 🤔. Felt like they declined me because I questioned them. Oh, AND they won’t tell me WHY they declined me unless I MAIL them asking why…. Mail. Like letter and stamp. Like I have to wait a month to get an answer. So I call them to tell them the story and find out why I was declined. Well the guy wasn’t helpful at all and he couldn’t tell me why either. Idiots.

I initially was approved for $3500. I only applied for this to use as an emergency fund but suddenly they decided to suspend my account for 60 days because of one of my payments being late. I only had this account for like 3 months. The contract stated that as long as the account is current, I can request a cash advance. I believe these companies target people just to get business and once they get your business, they start changing the rules and regulations of the contract. I wouldn’t recommend using this at all because once I made that payment, my cash advance should’ve been reinstated. I will never use this service again because the written verbiage is all over the place based on the lending disclosure agreement.

Do not ever get a loan from this place unless you are dying! Horrible!!!! I just paid this off never ever again!!!! They are very horrible people!! I wish I could put zero stars!!
